Agility Robotics will become the first publicly listed pure-play humanoid robot maker in the United States through a 2.5 billion dollar blank-check merger. The Amazon-backed and Nvidia-backed company plans to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol AGLT by late 2026.
