Dutch chipmaker Nexperia has partnered with India's Tata Electronics to manufacture power control chips and package semiconductors at two Indian facilities, solidifying the European company's complete break from its Chinese parent company, Wingtech, after a Dutch court stripped Wingtech of operational control.
