Email support@firebrief.com and a person will read it. Include the email address on your account and, if something went wrong, what you were doing at the time.
Your feed is ranked against the priorities you wrote in Settings. If it looks thin, the bar is set high. Rewrite the priorities in plain English, describing what you want more of, and the next refresh will use them.
On the free plan there is a daily limit on narrations. Past that, audio stops until the next day. Pro removes the limit. If audio fails on a specific article, the publisher's page may have had no readable text.
Subscriptions are managed at firebrief.com/settings. Cancelling takes one click and keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for. For a refund, email support and say what happened.
Email privacy@firebrief.com from the address on the account. Everything is deleted, not deactivated.
Some sites block automated fetching outright. PDFs, YouTube links and arXiv papers should all work. If a specific link fails, send it to support and it will either get fixed or you will get an honest answer that it cannot be.
